FAQs
What is OnFootBlog?
This site was started in 2008 as a way to make personal running/walking maps into something that could be reused by other people. It now seeks to be a relevant source of information on running, biking, walking and transit — essentially every method of getting around for people who don’t like to drive. This includes coverage of transportation, commerce, fitness and lifestyle news.
May I link to your articles?
Please do. This is encouraged.
Do your articles expire?
As with any blog, technical changes may make a specific URL for an article regrettably inaccessible. However, there are no plans at this time to intentionally make content expire.
What is your coverage area?
The area immediately around Baltimore is the main target for coverage, though nationally relevant news in the areas described above sometimes brings use of the “elsewhere” tag. Additional coverage from elsewhere can be found on the feeds page.
How can I subscribe to your coverage?
Please subscribe by adding the site’s RSS feed to a reader like Google Reader or My Yahoo. Topic feeds can be found here.
Will you link to my story/site?
It can’t hurt to ask. While something may or may not be of interest for a post, blogroll standards are fairly lax. Send requests to the contact address above.
